How do you ensure the quality of your products? +
We work with trusted suppliers who adhere to strict quality control standards. Our products are regularly tested for freshness and safety. Our Cook/Chill Production Centre in Seri Kembangan maintains HALAL certification and undergoes regular audits by JAKIM (Malaysia's Islamic Development Department).
Are all Eatly Global products 100% vegetarian? +
Yes. Eatly Global specialises exclusively in vegetarian food products. All our products are 100% vegetarian and we do not use any meat, fish or poultry in our production. This commitment is core to our brand identity and HALAL certification.
Are your products HALAL certified? +
Yes, all Eatly Global products are certified HALAL. Our production facility and processes comply with HALAL standards, making our products suitable for Muslim consumers as well as those who prefer HALAL-certified food.

Can I order products in bulk? +
Absolutely! We offer bulk ordering options for businesses and organisations. We supply to 16+ hotels and F&B establishments including Hilton KL, The Gardens, Swiss Garden, New World Hotel and more. How can I place an order? +
You can place an order directly through our website shop or by contacting our customer service team. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. For bulk or B2B orders, please contact us directly to discuss pricing and delivery arrangements.
Do you ship nationwide? +
Currently, we deliver within Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor). Please check our website for any updates regarding nationwide shipping. For outstation or international bulk orders, please contact us directly at info@eatlyglobal.com to discuss delivery arrangements.
What is the minimum order for delivery? +
For standard online orders, there is no minimum. For bulk or B2B orders (hotels, restaurants, events), please contact us directly. Bulk discounts are available for larger orders — our team will tailor a proposal based on your requirements.
Table Bookings & Events
How do I book a table? +
You can book a table three ways: (1) Use our online booking form on this website, (2) Call us at +603 8959 3925, or (3) Email info@eatlyglobal.com. We will confirm your reservation within 24 hours. You can also select your preferred date, time, and number of guests using our booking widget.
Do you offer event catering? +
Yes! We specialize in vegetarian catering for weddings, corporate events, Puja ceremonies, birthdays and all types of gatherings. Our chefs can create customized menus to suit your event. Contact us for a catering quote and let us elevate your next event.
What is the cancellation policy for table bookings? +
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or modifications. For large group bookings (10+ guests) or special events, please notify us 48 hours in advance. You can cancel by calling +603 8959 3925 or emailing info@eatlyglobal.com.
Payment & General
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), online banking (FPX), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost), and cash for in-person orders. Our online shop is powered by WooCommerce with secure SSL encryption to protect your payment details.
